As an SAP HR Consultant with a focus on HCM and UK Payroll, you will be a pivotal member of our SAP Digital Core team working to deliver projects and support to clients across multiple industry sectors. Role and Responsibilities

  1. Client Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding any issues, queries, or enhancements related to SAP HCM and UK Payroll.
    • Investigate and resolve HCM and UK Payroll system issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s operations.
    • Provide guidance and support in the use of the HCM and UK Payroll functionalities, ensuring clients can efficiently utilize the system.
  2. System Configuration & Maintenance:
    • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of SAP HCM and UK Payroll configurations.
    • Make necessary system configuration changes to support evolving client needs and business processes.
    • Ensure all configuration changes are in line with best practices and maintain system integrity.
  3. Continuous Improvement:
    • Recommend improvements to the existing system configuration based on feedback, observations, and emerging HR and payroll trends.
    • Collaborate with other AMS team members to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions.
    • Keep abreast of SAP updates and patches, ensuring the company and our clients remain at the cutting edge.
  4. Documentation:
    • Maintain and update detailed documentation of system configurations, client-specific solutions, and other relevant technical notes.
    • Ensure any system changes, enhancements, or modifications are documented thoroughly to facilitate smooth handovers and future reference.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the project development team to communicate client requirements and ensure any development work aligns with client needs and system configuration.
    • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service across the AMS team.

Qualifications/Experience

  1. Essential:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP HR Consultant with a focus on HCM and UK Payroll.
    • In-depth knowledge of system configurations related to SAP HCM and UK Payroll.
    • Familiarity with the broader SAP ecosystem and integration points.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
    • A willingness to develop further knowledge in the area of SAP SuccessFactors
  2. Desirable:
    • SAP HCM and Payroll certification.
    • Experience working within an SAP Partner organization.
    • Knowledge of additional SAP modules or functionalities.
    • Exposure / experience of SAP SuccessFactors
