HR Executive - Chennai
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations and providing support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Act as a strategic partner to the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
• Foster a positive work environment and culture.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Identify training needs and create development programs.
• Promote continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee health and safety initiatives.
• Develop and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present reports on HR activities and performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint.

• Experience in HR domain

Interview Process at AG
We are looking for a HR Executive ideally with exposure in HR domain. The right candidate would be identified post the below mentioned interview rounds:
• Round 1: HR Interview - To identify/cross check professional & personal details
• Round 2: Technical Round – To gauge the technical expertise of the candidate
• Round 3: Director rendezvous – Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG
The candidate would be asked to complete AG’s Application of Employment Form post successful completion of Round 1. Prior to round 2, kindly ensure as the candidate progresses to next round the list of all 6 documents compulsorily required in full are:
