In today’s competitive electronics industry, characterised by intricate supply chains and demanding customer expectations, organisations must continuously optimise their operations to maintain their market position. The Challenge

The Signavio Process Transformation Suite enabled process discovery, modelling, analysis, and simulation, offering the client a thorough understanding of their current “as-is” processes and identifying areas for optimisation. This analysis led to recommendations for process standardisation, simplification, value stream mapping, and re-engineering, aimed at eliminating bottlenecks and streamlining workflows.
The solution also identified key automation opportunities, including automating repetitive tasks, streamlining inter-system workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with the S/4HANA environment. By prioritising automation, the solution maximised the benefits of the S/4HANA migration, optimised processes before migration, enhanced data quality for a smoother transition, and helped secure user buy-in for the new system.
