We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Recruiter to provide a comprehensive Recruitment service to ensure that company has right resource at right time. The Senior Recruiter will assist all stakeholders with their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage hiring for a business unit. Developing creative strategies to secure top-tiered
talent utilizing prior experience with successful tools and channels.
• Ensuring self and team SLA and TAT are achieved and maintained.
• Partnering with stakeholders to build and execute strategies to convert passive talent
into a strategic pipeline talent.
• Drawing on recruitment expertise and best practice to enhance the company's employer
brand in the market, drive high candidate engagement and support business objectives.
• Development and ongoing management of recruitment marketing programs, campaigns
that drive results to solve specific business challenges.
• Using Digital /online/ offline channels, to create business segment identity and
transformation.
• Identify process improvement areas to support the hiring strategy.
• Identify & evaluate technology & tools which can enhance the existing recruitment
process
• Manage vendor relationships
• Serve as subject matter expert to the Talent Acquisition leadership and business
leadership by sharing market data, identifying, and making recommendations on industry
standards, market availability and talent shortages.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Communication skills
5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
Hands on sourcing till onboarding
Experience in hiring SAP and RPA candidates
Any graduation
Experience in recruitment using Keka tool will be an added advantage

Preferences:

• Experience in C2H Hiring
• Experience in SAP Hiring
• Exposure to different job boards

Salary:

• Based on profile, expertise & exposure

Interview Process at AG

We are looking for a talented Senior Recruiter ideally with exposure in SAP hiring. The right candidate would be identified post the below mentioned interview rounds:
• Round 1: HR Interview - To identify/cross check professional & personal details
• Round 2: Technical Round – To gauge the technical expertise of the candidate
• Round 3: Director rendezvous – Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG
The candidate would be asked to complete AG’s Application of Employment Form post successful completion of Round 1. Prior to round 2, kindly ensure as the candidate progresses to next round the list of all 6 documents compulsorily required in full are:
• Passport or Aadhar card
• Last 3 months payslip
• Latest offer Letter
• Last Appraisal letter
