Key responsibilities

Project Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, manage, and deliver SAP S/4HANA projects on time, within scope and on budget.
  • Utilise proven project management methodologies to plan, execute, and finalise projects.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, including functional and technical resources, ensuring a high level of competence and a positive team environment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering SAP solutions accordingly.
  • Facilitate communications between project stakeholders, including external clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Present updates, findings, and project deliverables to senior management and stakeholders at various stages of project lifecycle.

Risk Management:

  • Proactively identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Establish clear escalation paths and procedures for critical project issues.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources and the efficient use of capital.
  • Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success and profitability.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay abreast of the latest SAP S/4HANA developments, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the company.
Team Development:
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth and development.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of project-related personnel.



  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Project Management, with at least 3 years specifically in SAP S/4HANA deployments.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects for major clients.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities and the challenges of its implementation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification being an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate delivery methodology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


  • Willingness to travel & conduct client visits or on-site project management in line with project demands.
  • Familiarity with the SAP Gold Partner ecosystem and its standards of excellence.
  • A genuine passion for technology and making things happen in a dynamic organisation.

Interview Process at AG

The right candidate would be identified post the below mentioned interview rounds:

  • Round 1: HR Interview - To identify/cross check professional & personal details
  • Round 2: Technical Round – To gauge the technical expertise of the candidate
  • Round 3: Director rendezvous – Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG

The candidate would be asked to complete AG’s Application of Employment Form post successful completion of Round 1. Prior to round 2.
