Principal SAP SCM Consultant - India
We are seeking an experienced Principal SAP SCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either Energy, Mining or Oil and Gas industry Sectors with extensive expertise in SAP Material Management, Warehouse Management, and Extended Warehouse Management. The role involves implementing, rolling out, and providing user training, hyper care, application development, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy fit to standard SAP processes to streamline the supply chain processes.
- Design and develop standard and custom solutions to manage stock, inventory, and handheld solutions.
- Experience in integrating warehouse or logistics process with third part applications. Knowledge in BAPI and API preferred.
- Streamline SAP standard processes in MM, Inventory Management, and Warehouse processes.
- Prepare test scripts, data conversion, and user training.
- Design and develop a supply chain dashboard for the business, providing an overview of daily transactions.
- Conduct fit/gap analysis and training activities as part of Global Template rollouts and implementations.
- Manage and perform data migration activities.
- Experience in SAP Remote Logistics Management is desired.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Material Management, Warehouse Management, and Remote Logistics Management(optional)
- Strong experience in either Energy or Mining or Oil and Gas industry.
- SAP certifications in S/4 HANA Procurement, or EWM preferred
- Proven ability to implement, roll out, and provide user training, hyper care, application development, and support.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Round 1: HR Interview - To identify/cross check professional & personal details
• Round 2: Technical Round – To gauge the technical expertise of the candidate
• Round 3: Director rendezvous – Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG
