Office Admin - India

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. The Office Administrator will manage office supplies and support various administrative functions as needed. You will be a key player in maintaining a productive work environment and ensuring that both employees and executives are supported in their day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

•    Office Management:
•    Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
•    Oversee office supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring adequate stock levels.
•    Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
•    Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper based.
•    Scheduling & Coordination:
•    Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and appointments for employees and executives.
•    Organize and schedule company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
•    Book travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when required.
•    Coordinate the events. 
•    Administrative Support:
•    Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
•    Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
•    Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
•    Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries, both internally and externally.
•    Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy standards.
•    Financial & Budgetary Support:
•    Assist with processing invoices and ensuring timely payment of office-related bills.
•    Help track office-related expenses and assist with budget planning. 

Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•    Experience: 5+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
•    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
•    Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Interview Process at AG

We are looking for a talented Office Admin ideally with exposure in office administration. The right candidate would be identified post the below mentioned interview rounds:
• Round 1: HR Interview - To identify/cross check professional & personal details
• Round 2: Technical Round – To gauge the technical expertise of the candidate
• Round 3: Director rendezvous – Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG
The candidate would be asked to complete AG’s Application of Employment Form post successful completion of Round 1. Prior to round 2, kindly ensure as the candidate progresses to next round the list of all 6 documents compulsorily required in full are:
• Passport or Aadhar card
• Last 3 months payslip
• Latest offer Letter
• Last Appraisal letter
