AG is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.
To develop our comprehensive Carbon Reduction Plan, we meticulously assessed our entire operation and supply chain, identifying areas where we could significantly reduce our environmental impact.
We gained a deeper understanding of our environmental footprint by fostering collaboration among various AG teams, including Facilities, Learning Media, IT Operations, and Environmental.
Utilising data-driven insights, we pinpointed vital initiatives and processes that would substantially impact carbon reduction. These strategies provide us with a clear roadmap for achieving our sustainability goals.
AG Consultancy utilise virtual meeting technology to reduce business travel significantly, and in turn air and carbon emissions. Minimising the company’s environmental footprint is something that management are mindful of, and aligns with the company’s values, and we are ISO14001 certified.
We are committed to transparency and accountability. Our Carbon Reduction Plan will be updated annually, and previous versions will be publicly accessible to ensure ongoing oversight.
Baseline emissions have been calculated in conjunction with GHG protocol standard, which provides emissions by Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 categorisation. This is a new initiative by AG Consultancy and therefore the baseline has been calculated for the last full year (2024). We have measured our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, while also including our Scope 3 and all supply chain emissions.
We have meticulously reported Scope 1 and 2 emissions in compliance with SECR requirements and included the necessary subset of Scope 3 emissions as outlined in the relevant standards.
Our board of directors has reviewed and approved the Carbon Reduction Plan, and its initiatives have been integrated into our daily operations. AG is demonstrating its commitment to environmental sustainability and contributing to a greener future by taking these proactive steps.
