Senior SAP Basis Consultant - Chennai/Hyderabad
We are looking for a talented Senior SAP Basis Functional Consultant with SAP Basis expertise with demonstrable experience of working on full life cycle ECC 6 and S/4 HANA projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end SAP Basis administration and support across SAP landscapes.
• Troubleshoot and stakeholder management.
• Handle incidents and change requests.
• Should be a part of major project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless SAP operations.
• Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients in AMS support engagements.
• Participate in client meetings, provide status updates, and communicate technical solutions in a clear and structured manner.
• Ensure system security, user administration, transport management, and high availability setup.
• Ensure SLA adherence, incident resolution, and root cause analysis in AMS projects.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Provide L1 support in AMS projects and ensure SLA compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Basis
• Experience in managing and supporting SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/BI, and other SAP systems.
• Experience in handling SAP installations, upgrades, patching, migrations, and system
refresh activities.
• Experience in monitoring and optimize SAP HANA databases and performance tuning.
• Experience in managing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) for monitoring and support
activities.
• Strong experience in configuring and support SAP Fiori, SAP Web Dispatcher, and SSO 3.0
solutions.
• Good experience on SAP NetWeaver, SLT replication, and ABAP-related technical
troubleshooting.
• Experience in administering cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP exposure is a
plus).

• Experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA and all SAP landscapes

• Round 1: HR Interview - To identify/cross check professional & personal details
• Round 2: Technical Round – To gauge the technical expertise of the candidate
• Round 3: Director rendezvous – Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG
