SAP MM Consultant - Chennai/Hyderabad
We are looking for a talented Functional Consultant with SAP MM expertise with demonstrable experience of working on full life cycle S/4 HANA support projects and the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and consultative manner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1,L2/L3 support for SAP MM module in an AMS environment.
Analyze and resolve production incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined SLAs.
Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide effective solutions.
Perform configuration and customization in SAP MM when required.
Support procure-to-pay (P2P) processes including purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification.
Coordinate with ABAP and functional teams for enhancements and bug fixes.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
Support testing activities, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Prepare and maintain functional documentation and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with global teams and participate in support rotations if required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience in SAP MM configuration and support.
Good understanding of Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification processes.
Experience working in AMS/Production support environments.
Knowledge of integration with SAP SD, FI, and WM modules.
Experience in incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to MM.
Exposure to global support models and ITIL processes.

Interview Process at AG
We are looking for a talented Functional Consultant with SAP MM expertise with demonstrable experience of working on full life cycle support S/4 HANA projects and the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and consultative manner. The right candidate would be identified post the below mentioned interview rounds:
• Round 1: HR Interview - To identify/cross check professional & personal details
• Round 2: Technical Round – To gauge the technical expertise of the candidate
• Round 3: Director rendezvous – Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG
