Bob's expertise encompasses consulting, analysis, design, development, implementation, enablement, and global support. Bob resides in Dallas, Texas and enjoys serving and enriching the broader community through his participation and support of the outreach ministry of his faith community.

Richard, is the SAP SCM Lead at AG with over 20 years of expertise in SAP Process Mining, Automation and Integration space in the Oil & Gas and Energy Sectors. He amalgamates the Supply Chain Visibility and Collaboration Solution using the 3PL Warehouse Management Solution. He is an expert in helping businesses achieve cost savings across deferments whilst reducing logistic supply chain costs and resolving many material ordering/delivery issues. Richard is also a certified SAP MM with hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio Process Insights, Procure to Pay, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.
