Slough, UK, April 15, 2025: AG, a leading SAP Gold Partner, today announced its successful completion of a critical RISE with SAP migration project for Spirit Energy, a company at the forefront of the energy transition. In just four months, a swift implementation poised to unlock significant operational cost savings and pave the way for future efficiencies as the energy producer strategically shifts its focus towards carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS).

Previously operating on an on-premise SAP S/4HANA system, Spirit Energy partnered with AG to seamlessly transition to the cloud-based RISE with SAP platform. AG, an award-winning SAP Gold Partner in the Oil, Gas, and Energy sector and recipient of the SAP Customer Success Award in the Sustainability Hero Category, played a critical role in the scoping, migration planning, and delivery of the project.

By leveraging the comprehensive capabilities of RISE with SAP and utilising SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Build, AG is enabling Spirit Energy to streamline its complex IT landscape. This strategic move will enable the replacement of the on-prem SAP systems, resulting in an agile environment. The transition to the cloud, facilitated by AG's expertise, is projected to significantly reduce Spirit Energy’s total ownership cost while optimising existing processes and freeing up valuable resources for their crucial energy transition initiatives.
