Senior SAP MM Consultant - Chennai
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry and extensive expertise in SAP Material Management, Logistics Management, or Remote Logistics Management. The role involves implementing, rolling out, and providing user training, hyper care, application development, and support services.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop standard and custom solutions to manage stock, inventory, and handheld solutions.
Experience in integrating warehouse or logistics process with third part applications. Knowledge in BAPI and API preferred.
Lead and support SAP MM, Inventory Management, and Logistics Execution processes
Prepare test scripts, data conversion, and user training.
Design and develop a supply chain dashboard for the business, providing an overview of daily transactions.
Conduct fit/gap analysis and training activities as part of the Global Template roll-out and implementation.
Manage and perform data migration activities.
Support end-users with training, issue resolution, and best practices.
Ensuring above all that clients receive exceptional service and quality.
Strong customer facing experience Working with our clients to Complete the necessary training with regards to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001 and be continually company succeed in achieving ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001.
Strive to be aware of processes and procedures to fulfil and adhere to requirements as required under the ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001.
Responsibility for reporting, monitoring measurement, nonconformity and corrective action with regards to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience with around 5+ years in SAP MM with right exposure to minimum 2 end to end Implementation and Rollout, rather than Support.
Experience with Materials Management (Intercompany processing, STOs) and Logistics Execution (deliveries, shipments)
Warehouse or Remote Logistics Management is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take initiative in solution design and implementation.
Knowledge of best practices in function - reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
Strong teamwork skills.
Experience of assisting clients in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Functionality.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
Preferences:
Strong experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Prior experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
SAP certifications in S/4 HANA Procurement, or EWM preferred

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant to join our team. The role involves implementing, rolling out, and providing user training, hyper care, application development, and support services. The right candidate would be identified post the below mentioned interview rounds:
• Round 1: HR Interview - To identify/cross check professional & personal details
• Round 2: Technical Round – To gauge the technical expertise of the candidate
• Round 3: Director rendezvous – Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG
