Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, PO, SRM, Solution Manager, etc.) in a Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Private Cloud (RISE) environment.Perform SAP system installation, upgrades, and migrations in cloud environments.
Handle system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP landscapes.
Apply SAP support packages, kernel upgrades, and OSS notes.
Manage system copies, refreshes, and backup/recovery procedures.
Implement SAP Best Practices content for S/4HANA.
Manage and maintain SAP Basis components for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Configure and administer SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) connections to HANA, S/4HANA, and other data sources.
Ensure secure and efficient data connectivity between SAP on-premises and SAC using SAP Cloud Connector and SAP Data Services.
Manage SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO), user authentication, and role-based access for SAC.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues between SAP on-premises and SAC, resolving latency, data refresh, and authorization challenges.
Install, configure, and administer OpenText Extended ECM (xECM), OpenText VIM, and
OpenText Archiving & Document Access (ADA).
Manage the integration of OpenText solutions with SAP NetWeaver, SAP Business Suite, and SAP S/4HANA.
Work closely with SAP RISE support teams to manage and optimize cloud-hosted SAP systems.
Coordinate with SAP for Service Requests, Change Requests, and Incident Management in the RISE framework.
Integrate SAP Analytics cloud with S/4HANA
Collaborate with application, development, and infrastructure teams for seamless SAP operations.
Provide technical support for SAP projects, migrations, and cloud transformations.
Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
Strong customer facing experience.
Working with our clients to Complete the necessary training with regards to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001.
Skills and Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in SAP Private Cloud (RISE with SAP).
Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, ASE, and Oracle databases in a cloud environment.
Experience with SAP Cloud Connector, SAP BTP integration, and hybrid SAP architectures.
Hands-on experience in system migrations, upgrades, and cloud-based SAP operations.
Understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud-hosted SAP landscapes.
Ability to coordinate with SAP, cloud providers, and internal IT teams for issue resolution.
Experience with disaster recovery and high-availability configurations for SAP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
