SAP PS Consultant CPM/EPPM
We are seeking an experienced SAP PS Consultant with expertise in CPM/EPPM (Commercial Project Management). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the SAP Project System (PS) module and a deep understanding of CPM/EPPM functionalities within SAP. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PS solutions, specifically focusing on CPM/EPPM integration to support project management, financials, and operational processes.

Key responsibilities
Implement SAP PS Solutions: Lead and support the implementation of SAP Project System (PS) solutions, focusing on CPM/EPPM (Commercial Project Management), to ensure alignment with business processes and objectives.CPM Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize the SAP PS module and CPM functionality to meet business requirements, including project structures, cost tracking, budgeting, and billing processes.
Integrate CPM with Other Modules: Work on the integration of CPM with SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, and other relevant modules, ensuring a seamless flow of data across systems for accurate project accounting and management.
Project Planning & Execution: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the SAP PS module, ensuring that CPM/EPPM processes such as project scheduling, resource management, and cost monitoring are handled efficiently.
Data Migration & Conversion: Oversee data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP, ensuring correct data mapping, transformation, and validation
for project data within SAP PS and CPM/EPPM.
User Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on the SAP PS and CPM/EPPM functionalities. Provide comprehensive documentation of configurations and processes.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and post-implementation support to ensure data integrity and the smooth
functioning of SAP PS and CPM/EPPM processes.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support during the hypercare phase and beyond, troubleshooting issues and ensuring proper maintenance and optimization of SAP PS and CPM/EPPM solutions.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure that the SAP PS and CPM/EPPM
solutions align with business objectives and are efficiently executed.
Troubleshoot migration issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support end users during testing and post-go-live phases.
Strive to be aware of processes and procedures to fulfil and adhere to requirements as required under the ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001.
Responsibility for reporting, monitoring measurement, nonconformity and corrective action with regards to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001.
Qualifications/Experience
Expertise in SAP PS & CPM: Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Project System (PS) module with a focus on Commercial Project Management (CPM) processes.
CPM Mandate: Strong hands-on experience with CPM functionalities within SAP, including commercial project planning, execution, cost management, billing, and revenue recognition.
SAP Module Integration: Experience integrating SAP PS with other SAP modules like SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, and other relevant systems for end-to-end project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as construction, engineering, manufacturing, or any other industry utilizing complex project management processes is preferred.
Certification: Relevant certifications in SAP PS and CPM are a plus.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with PS/CPM functionalities is a plus.
Project Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within the SAP environment.
Data Migration Expertise: Experience with data migration activities, particularly in the context of SAP PS and CPM, ensuring data integrity and proper system configuration.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues in the project management lifecycle and implement corrective measures.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met.

- Round 3: Director rendezvous – Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG
