SAP Project Manager - Chennai/Hyderabad
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end SAP projects with a strong focus on Project Governance, RAID management, and S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project excellence, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, and successfully managing risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational and project-specific methodologies.
Create, maintain, and track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies) logs, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Facilitate project workshops, steering committee meetings, and status reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
Coordinate with functional, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee project deliverables, quality gates, testing cycles, cutover activities, and go-live readiness.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure continuous communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to change management processes and manage project documentation.
Identify project deviations early and implement corrective actions proactively.
Work closely with business teams to ensure solution alignment with strategic organizational goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
15–20 years of overall SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP Project Management.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA project delivery.
Strong knowledge of Project Governance frameworks (PMO standards, quality gates, compliance).
Hands-on expertise with RAID logs, mitigation planning, and stakeholder communication.
Experience in Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall project methodologies.
Experience working in Public Cloud
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple streams simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP S/4HANA certification or PMP/Prince2 certification.
Experience working in large-scale global organizations or multi-country rollouts.
Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
Experience with vendor management and third-party coordination.

• Round 1: HR Interview - To identify/cross check professional & personal details
• Round 2: Technical Round – To gauge the technical expertise of the candidate
• Round 3: Director rendezvous – Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG
