PMO Analyst - Chennai
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical PMO Analyst to support project governance, planning, and reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, excellent communication, and prior experience in PMO or project coordination roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities
- Prepare and maintain project dashboards, MIS reports, and status updates
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for updates and deliverables
- Assist in resource planning and allocation
- Analyze project data and provide insights for decision-making
- Maintain documentation and project records
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
Skills and Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination / Planning roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with numbers, data analysis, and reporting
Preferences:
- Experience with tools like MS Project, Power BI, or Jira
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification (added advantage)
- Experience in handling multiple projects or enterprise-level PMO

Interview Process at AG
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical PMO Analyst to support project governance, planning, and reporting across the organization. The right candidate would be identified post the below mentioned interview rounds:
• Round 1: HR Interview - To identify/cross check professional & personal details
• Round 2: Technical Round – To gauge the technical expertise of the candidate
• Round 3: Director rendezvous – Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG
